Mr Au Yong Hin Wai is a Partner of the Firm.
Mr Au Yong graduated with an LL.B (Honours) from the University of Wolverhampton, England. After completing his LL.B in United Kingdom, he returned to Malaysia to pursue his professional qualification in law and holds the Certificate of Legal Practice from the Legal Qualifying Board of Malaysia. Mr Au Yong was called to the High Court of Malaya and admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in December 1997. He was later retained to practise in civil litigation and conveyancing in a reputable established firm.
With 30 years of experience under his belt, he specializes in family law including divorce matters, grant of probate, Will drafting, setting up of trust for families and sale & purchase of property related matters, focusing in secondary sale transactions, tenancy and lease matters.
Mr Au Yong is well known for his in depth knowledge of law, being meticulous and hands on. His strength are his patience and competency in untangling complicated property related transactions and “turning around” difficult files, an expert in complex file turnaround, known for systematically correcting and resolving legacy errors left by prior solicitor from other firms.
He is a highly meticulous practitioner who excels in conveyancing and in file remediation and legal rectification, delivering clean and legally sound resolution.
