Mr Lee Teck Hock is the Managing Partner of Lee & Chong.
With nearly three decades of legal experience, he is a trusted advisor and veteran litigator representing individuals, corporations, government agencies, MNCs, private listed companies, government listed companies and public listed entities whether in straight forward or complex dispute resolution.
Mr Lee graduated with an LL.B (Honours) from the University of Leicester, England, in 1995. He completed his postgraduate legal studies at Holborn College, London and thereafter, was called to the Bar of England & Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. Following his pupillage, he was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in February 1999.
Before establishing Lee & Chong, Mr Lee built a diverse career across both the private and public sectors, including roles within the civil service and a government Ministry. Leveraging this deep institutional knowledge, he continues to advise and liaise closely with government officials. He also serves as legal counsel and board member for several local and multinational corporations, associations and committees.
As a specialist in corporate, commercial, and civil litigation, Mr Lee regularly handles high-stakes shareholders’ suits, contractual disputes, business disputes, real estate and strata management conflicts and housing development issues. Alongside his team, he provides end-to-end support in commercial debt recovery, contractual suits and rigorous downstream execution processes—including garnishee orders, writs of seizure and sale and corporate winding-up proceedings.
